Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We sell jewelry by the piece and in wholesale quantities. To get started, schedule an in-store visit or personal video call with one of our sales specialists. Book at: https://citas.yiseljewelry.com/
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (in-store), credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Klarna, Afterpay, and financing through our lending partners.
Which financing companies do you work with?
We partner with Acima, Snap Finance, Synchrony Bank, and Progressive Leasing. Note: Progressive Leasing is not available in MN, NJ, VT, WI, or WY. You may cancel or use an early purchase option at any time.
How long does financing approval take, and how much can I get approved for?
Approval times and amounts vary based on your profile. Call us at (512) 660-5151 for details specific to your situation.
How long is a wholesale appointment, and how does it work?
After you book, you'll receive a confirmation email. One of our sales specialists will show you our available inventory — you have up to 90 minutes to browse and select pieces.
What should I do after I send my deposit?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. If you paid via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, contact us directly to confirm your payment.
Do your jewelry pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. Warranty duration varies by piece. Contact us directly or review the warranty policy for your specific item.
Can you resize rings?
Yes. However, not all rings are adjustable — some designs require a more complex process. Contact us to find out about your specific ring.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any pieces at this time, except where covered under warranty.
